What You’ll Do
- Greet and build rapport with customers—be the friendly face that guides them to the perfect home solution.
- Educate shoppers on our furniture, appliance, and mattress selections—highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
- Listen actively to customer needs and recommend products that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Maintain an organized, attractive showroom—keep displays fresh, stock levels accurate, and promotional signage up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to hit monthly sales targets and drive store‑wide success.
- Process sales transactions, handle paperwork, and ensure a seamless customer experience from browse to delivery.
